So my muscles are all so very tiny and weak.
I am naturally thin and have a great metabolism so I eat like crap and all over the shop.
I need to give my muscles better food and more food.
Today is my first workday I am making myself eat breakfast. Breaking myself in slowly as it’s not something I have made a habit of since I was a kid.
I have managed a piece of toast and plan to also try and get some fruit down. I am hoping to have those and cereal by the end of the week and add eggs next week.
I am also adding weights to whatever walking I already do. I tend to walk about 5km minimum some days and feel adding weights would be amazing.
Next year I am taking up Krav Maga twice a week as well, half so i can walk home without any fear at night time due to recent harassment issues and also I can build my muscles up a bit.
To help my back I am going to drag out the old yoga ball and try to use that instead of the couch in front of the TV.
I am not a gym person and am not into the idea of doing something just outright to exercise. I like to actually do something and incorporate into things I already do so it doesn’t take too much time. This is my way of trying to get healthier.
Just because I am thin does not mean I have been treating my body well! I am nearly 30 and it is starting to cry for help!
